Adding services

First you add your machines and vehicles to the service. You can then authorize your driver or your workshop to carry out maintenance and make checks to your stock. The authorized person has access to basic information and service history of your machines, and can add maintenance for your stock. You can also add maintenance by yourself. Added maintenance and checks are displayed in real-time in the application. The service history is always up to date! You can easily see the entire stock of your machines and their complete service history in the application.

The electric service book is safe and reliable. When a vehicle goes through service, the system automatically creates a date, and it cannot be changed later. You can scan the old traditional service book and save it in the vehicle information.

Automatic maintenance watch

The automatic maintenance watch allows you to add, as an example, a maintenance reminder for a tractor to undergo an oil inspection every week. On the same time you can send an email reminder going out directly to the driver. If the driver forgets the weekly check, you get a notification of the violation of maintenance. This is how the automatic maintenance watch controls and makes sure your employees takes care of checks and maintenance on time. The automatic maintenance watch is a feature of the Pro and Pro Plus users. Free users can direct the maintenance reminder to themselves only.

Transfer of the service history

In the application, you as the owner of the vehicles, control the information! As a user of this service, you’re not depending on electric databases of different workshops or manufacturers, but you control your stocks information yourself. This enables an easy transfer of the service history to another user of the application in case the ownership of any vehicle changes. It increases the value of your stock when the entire service history is reliably stored and documented with propriety.

Choosing of service package

You can choose your package depending on your needs. Paid service packages you can pay with credit card, in your internet bank or with a traditional paper bill. You immediately get access to the service and can start using the electric service book right away.

You can start your membership for free! You can easily upgrade the service package to suit your needs at anytime, by going in to your account settings.

We recommend a PRO Plus membership if you have lots of equipment and staff. As a Pro Plus user you can add new vehicles and machines without limits and you immediately get all the best features of the application.
